Didn't we always think these were here??? We yes...but they weren't really...now our market place has been opening up! Especially for self employed individuals! There is a plethora of opportunity on the horizon! But not to give you rose coloured glasses...we are a paper hungry industry afterall and the lenders are plaguing us with requests for "integrity purposes", so they do ask a lot of questions to get to the same answer. Remember when it was simple??? We bent the rules to give our clients what they needed??? Well, that is not so simple anymore. We have lots and lots of legislation to "protect" the consumer. So much so that the consumer that is honest and straightforward must jump through every hoop imaginable in order to meet the Privacy Act requirements and the Terrorist Act requirements and every other act acting!!! A crazy world we live in and even the not so crazies are now crazy but association!!! So?? yes we have equity deals...but be prepared for requests to confirm that you paid your income taxes!
